Shipping costs
You will receive licenses and contingents free of shipping costs by e-mail.

- Denmark 34,90 EUR
- Other EU and Switzerland: 19,90 EUR
- Shipping Mon.-Fri. by DHL
When revoking individual items of an order, shipping costs are to be borne that would have been incurred if the items remaining with you had been ordered alone.
GoGreen
We send our DHL shipments exclusively as climate-friendly “GoGreen” shipping. To compensate for the C02 pollution caused by the transport of our products to you, we pay a contribution for each package, which is invested in climate protection projects.
Duty
For deliveries outside the EU, all prices are plus any applicable customs duty, customs fees and import taxes . Information about the import conditions of your country can be obtained from the local customs office. Customs or import fees will be charged once the package reaches your country. Fees for customs clearance ( approx. 18 CHF for a value of goods below 500 CHF) are at your expense; we have no influence on these fees. If you would like more information about this, it is best to contact your local customs office. Please note that you as importer have to comply with the respective country regulations.
Delivery
Delivered by DHL only to the countries listed above. Delivery to packing stations is possible. Payments in advance we ship on the day of receipt of funds.
Payment
Prepayment
If you choose payment in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Paypal
If you have a PayPal account, you can pay via credit card , direct debit or Paypal credit. You will be redirected to the PayPal page in the ordering process, and can make your payment there. Please note that Paypal payment by direct debi or missing credit takes a few days to credit the payment to our account.
Credit card
If payment is made by credit card, the charge will be made upon completion of the order.
Invoice
We provide delivery on account to universities and other public institutions.
