You can access the export options via the box+arrow icon in the toolbar. There are various export options.
For your results report, you can use the “Thematic Summaries…” option to save all codes in the coding system—including associated comments and coded text passages with source citations—as an RTF file (e.g., one that can be read by Word).
The “All Memos and Comments” option exports all memos. These can be used, for example, for case descriptions or case summaries.
Using the “Table” option, you can export the frequencies of text occurrences as well as all text passages to Excel, SPSS, etc.
The “All Texts” export saves all existing texts as Word files or as an SRT subtitle file for film production.
All AI-generated content, including the prompts used and model specifications, is exported here into a single document.
With the REFI-QDA export, you can export the complete project for use in other software such as MAXQDA or Atlas.ti. Note that although everything that is saved in f4 is exported, some functions cannot be transferred if they are not supported by other software. (e.g. coding within memos only works in f4, not in MAXQDA)
