You can access the export options via the box+arrow icon in the toolbar. There are various export options.
The Memos and comments export saves all existing comments and memos.
For your results report, you can use the Codes and coding option to save all codes with the appropriate text passages and comments as a Word file.
The export citation and frequency table saves the table as an Excel file. Both the number of codes and the coded text passages are presented in tabular form.
Current view exports what is currently displayed in f4 to a Word or Excel file, depending on what is currently displayed.
The“All texts” export saves all existing texts as Word files.
With the REFI-QDA export, you can export the complete project for use in other software such as MAXQDA or Atlas.ti. Note that although everything that is saved in f4 is exported, some functions cannot be transferred if they are not supported by other software. (e.g. coding within memos only works in f4, not in MAXQDA)
